Ramon Garcia has been practicing structural engineering since 1994 and established RGSE Inc. in 2005. With an extensive working relationship with architects, developers, city officials and others, combined with his knowledge and attention to detail, Mr. Garcia has distinguished himself as a highly valuable and well-rounded structural engineer. His experience includes commercial, industrial, public, DSA, essential facilities, high-end custom homes, senior housing, multi family housing, mixed use, seismic retrofits, due diligence reports, fatal flaw analysis, and peer reviews. As the Principal and Partner of RGSE, Inc. he is responsible for overseeing project completion and client satisfaction at each phase of design development, construction administration and client interface.

Jeff Lubberts, S.E. Associate Principal
Jeff Lubberts has been practicing structural engineering since 2010 and working with RGSE, Inc. since 2017. Beginning in downtown Los Angeles after graduating from USC with a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering, Mr. Lubberts distinguished himself as a versatile and proficient structural engineer, working on projects such as the Wilshire Grand Redevelopment, Madera Courthouse, Kaiser Walnut retrofit and many other retrofit and new development projects. Having worked on commercial, tenant improvement, mixed-use developments, high rise, retrofit and new construction projects, he has experience in producing high-quality structural designs, construction documents and efficient design and construction coordination. As an Associate Principal at RGSE, Inc. he is responsible for overseeing project completion and client satisfaction at each phase of the project.
