Company Profile

Founding Principal, Ramon Garcia, established RGSE, Inc. in June 2005 in Simi Valley, California. Located less than 40 miles from downtown L.A. and Ventura, we can prioritize responsiveness to our clients in both L.A. and Ventura counties. RGSE, Inc. primarily provides structural engineering consulting services to architects as part of a design team for building structures. We also provide services for: earth shoring engineering, due diligence, structural observations, expert witness, forensic engineering, seismic evaluation of existing buildings, and heavy civil concrete design.

RGSE, Inc. has significant experience with many types of building systems, including: concrete tilt-up, steel moment & braced frames, buckling-restrained braced frames, light wood/metal stud framing, heavy timber framing, concrete podiums, post-tensioned & pre-cast concrete, and panelized/modular framing.
